Musical style [edit]
I Tin can Feel You Pitter-patter Into My Individual Life has more electronic influences than Garbus's previous work.[5] It is inspired past Haitian and Kenyan music,[6] also her life as a DJ in California.[three] [7] The album's themes include feminism, race intolerance, and freedom.[8] Identity politics are the main focus of the album; Garbus said the work was inspired past a desire to "resonate with what'due south going on in the world."[8] [9] [10]
